We may collect account details such as email address, username, password hash, verification status, gameplay progress, inventory, market activity, friend activity, purchase records, bug reports, and support messages.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Blykhav Zone does not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide payment status, receipt, customer, and transaction identifiers so purchases can be fulfilled and supported.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to operate accounts, secure login and password recovery, save gameplay progress, fulfill virtual goods, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve the game.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to run the game, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and payment processing.

Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards for account and gameplay data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
