Terms of Service

Blykhav Zone is an online game prototype. By creating an account, using the game, or purchasing virtual goods, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity on your account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.

Fair Play

Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, abuse the market or social systems, attempt unauthorized access, harass other users, or interfere with the service.

Virtual Goods

Black Credits and other virtual items are digital goods for use only inside Blykhav Zone. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred outside the game, or sold by players for real-world value.

Changes to the Game

Because Blykhav Zone is in active development, items, balances, features, prices, availability, and account progress may change as the game is updated or balanced.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or removed for cheating, abuse, fraud, payment disputes, security risk, or violation of these terms.
