Black Credits are virtual in-game currency for Blykhav Zone and have no real-world cash value.

Digital Goods

Purchases of Black Credits are generally final once delivered to the account, except where required by law or where a technical or billing issue occurred.

Eligible Review Cases

Contact support if you were charged but did not receive Black Credits, were charged multiple times by mistake, purchased through unauthorized account access, or believe a billing error occurred.

How to Request Help

Email support@blykhav.com with your account email, purchase date, amount, and any Stripe receipt or checkout information available.

Chargebacks

Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in account restrictions while the issue is reviewed.
